After our team reviews and approves your application, the login details for the IBEXMONT app will be sent to the email address you provided.

Sign in with the login details from our email, then add a lead directly in the app or via your personal link and QR code. Anyone who joins counts as your client.

From that moment our advisors take over the entire process with the client. You can track the progress in the app at any time.

Step 1
Log In & Sign the Referral Partnership Agreement
After downloading the IBEXMONT App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, open the app and log in using the email address and password provided by our Back Office team.
On your first login, you will be prompted to review and electronically sign the Referral Partnership Agreement. This agreement officially activates your participation in the IBEXMONT Referral Network and enables you to start referring both buyers and sellers.
Step 2
Refer Buyers & Sellers
Once your Referral Partnership Agreement has been signed, you're ready to start referring clients.
You can submit referrals in three simple ways:
- Add a Buyer or Seller directly from the app's home screen by entering their contact details.
- Share your personal Referral Link via email, WhatsApp, or social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. All three options are available directly from your App Suite, which will allow leads to register by themselves with IBEXMONT.
- Share your Personal QR code so your leads can scan it and register directly with IBEXMONT.

From the moment a referral is submitted it is connected with you, and our experienced and dedicated Real Estate Advisors take over, professionally guiding your client throughout the entire buying or selling process while keeping you informed of the progress.
Step 3
Upload Your Identification & Banking Details
To receive your referral commission, you'll need to complete your payment profile.
Once a client you introduced successfully buys or sells a property through IBEXMONT, you'll become eligible to receive a gross referral commission equal to 15% of the net commission earned by IBEXMONT on that transaction.
To enable payments, simply upload the following through the app:
- A copy of your valid ID or Passport.
- Your banking details.
